Research Budget Allocation Notice, fiscal year 2005
The budget allocation for the Authority's Research Grant Program was zero at the beginning of fiscal year 2005. In light of this zero allocation, the Arkansas Science & Technology Authority's Board of Directors decided to suspend the receipt of research proposals for the February 15, 2005 solicitation date. The solicitation date normally effect both basic and applied research proposals.
